1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website or purchasing any services from Qorex, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
We provide web development, branding, marketing, and digital services. Service scope is defined in the proposal, invoice, or agreement shared with the client.
3. Payments
- All payments are to be made as per the agreed schedule.
- Work begins only after the initial deposit.
- Delay in payments = delay in delivery.
4. Project Timelines
Timelines depend on client responsiveness. Delays in feedback, content, or approvals extend the delivery timeline.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information.
- Deliver required content, images, and approvals on time.
- Ensure they own rights to the assets they provide.
6. Intellectual Property
Work is owned by Qorex until full payment is completed. After full payment, ownership is transferred as per the project scope. Qorex may display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Revisions
Each project includes a fixed number of revisions specified in the proposal. Additional revisions are billed separately.
8. Limitation of Liability
Qorex is not liable for loss of revenue, downtime caused by hosting providers, third-party service outages, or client mismanagement of website or accounts. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid to Qorex.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website or services for illegal activities, distribution of harmful code, spamming, or fraud.
10. Termination
We may discontinue services if payments are overdue, the client violates these terms, or the project becomes unreasonably delayed by the client.
11. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Project Cancellation
A project can be cancelled by requesting it via email. Refunds depend on work completed:
- 0–20% work completed: 50% refund of the upfront amount.
- 21–50% work completed: 25% refund of the upfront amount.
- Above 50% work completed: No refund.
Non-Refundable items include paid ads or media budget, domain purchases, hosting purchases, third-party software/tools, completed design or development tasks. Monthly/annual subscriptions are non-refundable once activated.
Project Delays Caused by the Client
If the client causes prolonged delays (over 30 days), the project may be paused or terminated with no refund.
How to Request a Refund
Email your request with project name, reason for cancellation, and payment proof. We review it within 7 business days.
